Tim Norwood has stepped down after 16 years as Area Dean of Milton Keynes.
His final service will be Evensong at Christ the Cornerstone at 6.00pm on Sunday 5th March 2023.
The process of working out what the Deanery needs in future will begin soon....
Most projects and activities have been handed over to individuals and teams, but some things will inevitably slip through the cracks, or come up unexpectedly...

Bishop Alan Wilson and Archdeacon Guy Elsmore will be able to help from a wider Archdeaconry and Diocesan perspective.
Tim has also stepped down as chair of the Ecumenical Officers Group EOG (Note the change of name...). This consists of the local denominational leaders with responsibility for the LEPs... It also arranges meetings of the LEP Team Leaders and Lay Chairs for mutual support and joined-up thinking.... George Mwaura will be the chair of this group for the next year.
He will remain Chair of Trustees for Churches Together in Milton Keynes (CTMK) - at least until the Autumn. While he is on leave, George Mwaura (one of the trustees) or Ann Harris (the administrator) will contact him if there is an emergency.
If anything else comes up, the people listed above will be the best place to start. They are all very experienced and will be able to help - or know who to contact...
